Gotye, whose real name is Wally de Backer, has managed to release what is close to the best Australian album for 2006, Like Drawing Blood. Last night at the THEBARTON THEATRE ,WOLFMOTHER made a massive impact upon return to Aussie shores.. Any thought of seeing a jaded worn out performance went out of the window very early in the set. Much talked about in the crowd was the awesome performance from Swedish rockers DUNGEN.. Check these guys out tonight at the THEBBY.
Unfortunately the 3rd act on the bill THE TUCKER-B's put in one of the lamest sets our city has surely ever seen.. I mean what the hell was with those LED lights on their foreheads? Bizzare..

But anyway The WOLFIES showed us all that OZ rock is very healthy right now.
