Gday guvs

Well its been a big week on the show with interviews with two of the hottest talents in the land. In fact in the case of Perth band "End of Fashion " , It may very well be a case of one of the Hottest bands in the WORLD!
This past year they have wowed the industry at the South by Southwest industry festival in Austin Texas and signed a worldwide publishing deal , all this on the strength of their debut EP " Anything Goes"
Now on the back of the new new EP "Too Carefull" and videoclip to the song of the same name ; The Boys have hit the road and will be heading over our way to play with the new Darlings of SA music " Wolf & Cub".
They are playing sunday Nov 21 @ Enigma Bar .
The interview with Rodney went real well as he revealed why Ben Gillies from silverchair had to step into the drummers seat for their shows overseas and why WA rock and roll is kicking so many goals right now.

2nd interview was with new melbourne rock act "Venus Eclipse" who have recently released their self titled EP . The guys have a fine pedigree of playing as session musicians for top acts such as Pete Murray and Delta. ( hey you wont hear her on our "Because its OZ" show but she does sell billions of LPs!). They pack out venues each weekend in melbourne town and im confident that other radio stations will start playing their tunes real soon.

Next week on the show (great southern FM 90.1) we have interviews with strathalbyn band Colorblind. The boys will be playing in town this week with brisvegas boys "Thirsty merc" so its time we had a chat with Tuck so that will be the 1st interview @ 8.15.
At 9pm we will talk with media extravaganza " Emma Tom" who writes each week for that massive broadsheet "The australian" ; has published her fair share of best sellers and now fronts rock band 16dd. Hey i know its a weird name but they have been rocking Sydneys finest pubs (even the annandale!) for a bit so we better get the lowdown on them for you guys.

Well for those of you new to the show I will try and Post some of the other top acts we have spoken to and i hope you will listen in this coming week.
